All products sold on Cost Plus Gaming are 100% brand new and factory-sealed unless explicitly labeled as 'Certified Refurbished' in the product title.
How long does shipping take for high-end GPUs and consoles?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the high value of our electronics, all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery to ensure your gear arrives safely.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. Please note that opened electronic components may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Do you offer international shipping for gaming peripherals?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international regions in the near future.
How do I track my order status?
